SMS Terms — FluxOne Personal Agent

The FluxOne Personal Agent program is a low-volume, owner-only personal-agent messaging service. It is not used for marketing, promotional offers, or third-party advertising.

  • Program: FluxOne Personal Agent.
  • Messages: Low-volume, non-marketing calendar reminders, schedule changes, and owner-requested personal notifications.
  • Recipients: Only recipients who have explicitly opted in. No messages are sent to purchased lists or third-party contacts.
  • Consent: Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or engagement with FluxOne.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your schedule and requests.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS messages. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-opt in.

  • Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
